Better email alerts to costings

We have updated the email system for alerting our costings team of cases to be billed.   At the moment all such emails went in to a single mail box called dgcostings (costings@allenhoole.co.uk) .  This is inefficient because it does not separate out the types of bills such as police station or Mags.
